Hey guys! So I decided to go ahead and start this earlier instead of later, it’ll just stay open a long time (I’m on spring break and I’m bored right now, Ok? XD)

THEME OF THE CONTEST:

You are to create the human version of one of my animal OCs (shown below)

                *By “human” I mean it has to have a human-esque body. No anthros allowed. However, you may add a real set of ears and/or tail, you can add a fake set attached by clothing, or you can leave them off completely. Whatever you think looks best! (This also applies to skulls, claws, whiskers, fangs, antennae, and any other extra body parts they may have)

RULES:

    1.       All characters shown belong to me, which means their human counterparts will also technically belong to me. The human design is credited to you but do NOT claim the original characters.

    2.       So, please be ok with me using the design if I really like it XD If not, tell me so! (I won’t be mad or anything, just want to know ^^)

    3.       You may enter as many times as you want but you will only win ONCE.

    4.       You may draw a pairing together and it would count as one entry (if you want it to), but any none-related characters drawn on one sheet will count as multiple entries.

    5.       All characters should be wearing a “casual outfit” (so if you think their “casual” would look incredibly formal, then go ahead! But I require them to be wearing clothes of some sort)

    6.       If the character is already wearing accessories, incorporating them into the new design would be amazing, but it’s not required.

    7.       If you have any questions, would like to draw a character I may have forgotten to add, or would like to know any more about a specific character, just comment or note me your question!

    8.       Also! (random little insert) if you draw a character as human and you REALLY like it and would like to keep the design for yourself, chances are I would be ok with it. But you must ask me first!

    *The reason they’re in sta.sh and I’m not just linking to their real ref sheets is because some of the characters have not been drawn by me yet and it was easier to do it this way Most of them have a little bit of information written down. If they are drawn in my style, then their full ref sheet will be found in the “My OCs” section of my gallery. But, it may be about the same amount of elaborate. Again, if you have any questions about a character, just ask!

WHAT I’LL BE JUDGING ON:

Not so much “style” as:

                *How well the two designs tie in together

                *Quality (I don’t care if it’s traditional OR digital, but I don’t want a really sketchy un-colored thing thrown together at the last second)

                *Creativity (you may ADD things to the design- meaning if you chose to do… Lilitu, for example, all her clothes wouldn’t ;have to be solid blue just because she is)

DEADLINE: May 19^th 2014 (it’s a Monday)
